As the end of March is drawing near, I would like to take this opportunity to commend every student at SBI for their hard work, diligence, and enthusiasm to make Reading Awareness Month a wonderful success. The Pre-K students have worked very hard to recognize and read their alphabets. The K-1 boys and girls have impressed me (and likewise all of the teachers here at SBI) with learning how to read their Sight Words Books very quickly. They’ve done a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious-ly spectacular job! | Open your child's imagination. Open a book. |
Last but not least, the K-3 students are doing a superb job in literacy development. They’ve read two Dr. Seuss books and are able to read these books by themselves. Their hard work and motivation make it very enjoyable for me as a teacher.
On behalf of all the teachers here at SBI, I would like to thank the parents and students for their determination and cooperation in making Reading Awareness Month at SBI very successful. It’s nice to see that all of the hard work and commitment to read during March 2015 were not in vain.
Congratulations and salutations to all of you young readers. Keep on reading!
